SensorProbe8 is a high speed, accurate and intelligent monitoring device. The SP8 is a completely embedded host with a proprietary Linux like Operating System, including TCP/IP stack, Web server, email, SMS and full SNMP functionality. The new feature in sensorProbe8 is, the integration with a single chip relative humidity and temperature multi sensor module comprising a calibrated digital output. The sensor includes a capacitive polymer sensing element for relative humidity and a band-gap temperature sensor. Both are seamlessly coupled to a 14bit analog to digital converter and a serial interface circuit on the same chip. This results in superior signal quality, a fast response time and insensitivity to external disturbances (EMC). By having both temperature & humidity sensors in a single sensor, the sensorProbe8 can have up to a maximum of 8 temperature & 8 humidity sensors. This extends the capability of the sensorProbe8 to maximum of 16 sensing parameters. Sensor Integration
Up to 8 intelligent autosense sensors can be plugged into the RJ-45 ports of the cameraProbe8. Once inserted, the sensor automatically configures itself and goes online. Adaptability for your existing systems SensorProbe8 comes with an optional 1U rackmount bracket for easy installation in your existing racks and enclosures. The sensorProbe8 a complete fit for your rackmount monitoring solutions with an optional security sensor to tell you when the cabinet door has been opened and a graphical airflow monitoring interface with our Airflow sensor. SP8 system logging records every event in it¡¦s embedded database, you can see a time stamp of when the sensor alarm was raised and the action taken place.
